CHALLENGE RULES

  1. Lose 20LB or 5% Bodyfat
  2. You have 42 days to complete your challenge
  3. Message Radoslav Pavlov (He’s the main accountability coach) your Weigh In Video on FB Messenger:

  4. Check in for 18+ workouts (we recommend 3 workouts per week for 6 weeks) on Facebook by checking in to @GravityTransformation in your news feed.
  5. Upload a picture of your groceries every week to the Facebook group
  6. Prep all your meals in advanced for the week
  7. Workout first thing in the morning if you procrastinate later
  8. Move all junk food and food not on the plan out of site
  9. Don’t cheat follow your plan to the tee!
  10. Send in your weigh out video to Coach Rad
